The RDA3303 is a high-power, high-efficiency linear power amplifier. This power amplifier is designed for SCDMA handheld digital cellular equipment in the 1785~1805MHz band. It is manufactured on GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) process. The package of this power amplifier is 3mm×3mm QFN with 16 pins.
