The RDA5203 includes a power amplifier for PHS application. The PA is manufactured on Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) process and has been designed for PHS handheld digital cellular equipment in the 1880~1930MHz band. The package of this chip is 3×3mm2 MLPQ (QFN)* with 16 pins.
