The RDA8202 is a high-power, high-efficiency linear power amplifier. The chip is designed for TD-SCDMA handheld digital cellular equipment in 1880~1920MHz band and 2010~2025MHz band. The power amplifier is fabricated with GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT). The package of this chip is 3mm×3mm MLPQ with 16 pins.
